Bluecoderhub is building three products for mechanical engineering. The AI-CAD Engineering Platform turns a written requirement into a CAD model, drawings and a bill of materials. The Mechanical Engineering LLM answers design and manufacturing questions. The AI-CAD Datasets give engineering AI good data to learn from. All three are in development.
01The products
Each one is useful on its own, and they are built to work together. The datasets help train the models, and the language model reads the requests that AI-CAD turns into geometry. One team in Chennai builds all three.
Engineering software
An AI-native engineering platform that takes one engineering request from the 3D CAD model to drawings and the bills of materials that drive production.
Language model
A large language model for mechanical engineering. It is built to answer design, materials and manufacturing questions in the terms engineers use.
Engineering data
Structured datasets of CAD models, engineering drawings and bills of materials, prepared for training and testing AI that does engineering work.
02How we build
An engineer releasing a bracket to the shop floor needs software that gives the right answer. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Everything we make is for mechanical engineering. Each product goes out at production quality, and we keep fixing it after launch.
An engineering model is only as good as the CAD files, drawings and BOMs it learns from. That is why we are preparing our own datasets.
In AI-CAD, a language model reads what you asked for and a constraint solver builds the shape. A hole drawn 0.2 mm out of place is a scrapped part, so the solver has the last word.
Admin sign-in needs a two-factor code. Every action on personal data is checked against the person’s role and written to an audit log.
